The Apartment Rent Line/APTRENTLINE.com may modify or discontinue its advertisements and services for any account with or without notice to any User, without liability to any user or any third party. The user understands and agrees that The Apartment Rent Line/APTRENTLINE.com services are provided "as is" for advertising purposes without endorsement or direct referral of any user or advertiser, service or product. Users further understand that the apartments, services, products, promotions and special offers etc that appear on The Apartment Rent Line/APTRENTLINE.com may no longer be available without notice.
